As part of Farrell's continued integration of Lean principles within the business, we carried out a course of Yellow Belt problem solving training with six of our employees.
In-keeping with Farrell’s drive to improve Lean principles within the business, we held another course of Yellow Belt problem solving training.
A further three employees have successfully completed the training sessions and projects aimed at identifying ways to eliminate specific, non-value-add elements within their roles.
Farrell’s emphasis on Lean principles is focused on identifying and minimising any waste of resources in order to provide optimum value for our customers.
